A while ago, e621 switched from 'DNP for 2 years after release' to 'DNP forever' when it comes to commercial content.

Because of this, I suggest evaluating whether Danza, Dogbone, Kadath, Scappo, Sefeiren, and Wyntersun should still be included on the conditional_dnp list. All non-free material already falls under site-wide DNP rules, making specific restrictions seem redundant to me.

Let me know if you think there's merit to keeping them on the list, and why. Thank you.

I always thought it was redundant to say "Pay content is DNP" then list "Only pay content is DNP".
But it is still their conditional DNP. Nimmy would have to chime in on this because he manages that I think.

I use these c_dnp tags to ensure that I give extra attention to those approvals. These artists all have requested that particular DNP instead of a full DNP, and personally I'd like to make sure we give them no reason to upgrade their DNP status to a full one.

Even if we just make a honest mistake it might just be the tipping point that makes them go full DNP, so this minor redundancy is a rather low price to pay for that.
