Shouldn't this be "testicular"? It'd otherwise be worded "pregnant_testicle"; pregnancy is not something a testicle is, but pregnancy of the testicle "can" occur.

Similar to the breast thing, since pregnant itself is the only tag for the standard belly form of pregancy, we shouldn't be implying these other things.

ehh... this is a bit of an odd stance, if a character is gestating a baby inside them it should be tagged with pregnant, regardless of where inside the character it's taking place.
the better solution would be, in my eyes, rather than saying pregnant should only be applicable for belly pregnancy, create a tag like unusual_pregnancy or non_abdominal_pregnancy and imply stuff to that so that users can filter out the weird stuff if they want to.
(I know this is six years on since this was said, I don't assume the stance held to still be exactly the same.)
