Haven’t seen such a tag for content like this where the legs maintain their original animal-like form but stand upright do to the anthromorphism. Many characters have human legs but animal feet which is different than this.

When a character naturally stands on their toes rather than their entire foot, it's called digitigrade.
For characters who stand on their hooves it's called unguligrade, but we don't use that tag.

Great thanks! I’ll start using and adding this tag. But digitigrade is more than just literally standing on one’s toes right?

Yeah, it's specifically when the feet are shaped to be stood on via the toes and it can include characters who aren't standing on their toes because they're crouching with their feet flat or because they're not standing.
Generally the foot of a digitigrade is much longer, usually being a about the same length as the lower leg.

We have a dedicated thread for this kind of question: "Do we have a tag for that?"/forum/show/225049
