Implicating seascape → detailed_background
Link to implication

Reason:

Seascape is a scenery tag, and it shouldn't be possible to tag it for posts that have a simple background. Therefore, detailed background always applies.

Could also implicate these:
seascape -> sea (which in turn implies water)
seascape -> sky
seascape -> outside

I don't feel like how simple vs detailed backgrounds are being defined is completely intuitive, and as a result, the usage seems a bit mixed between different degrees of detailed vs less detailed vs simplified vs even more simplified vs vague, etc types of backgrounds. We do have some images with vague (aka simplified) backgrounds... that still have enough location information suggested... so our wiki definition would say those are 'detailed' but your average person is going to say 'that looks pretty simple and vague'. It's like the gradation between abstract -> simple -> detailed is important, but where the lines are between them are not where you would assume based on the name. And that might be a tricky thing to fix. Maybe something should be renamed somehow? idk yet.

In any case, I'd want to hold back on implying anything until that seems to be clearer. So I'm rejecting that part for now.

create implication seascape (872) -> outside (296149)
create implication seascape (872) -> sky (123197)
create implication seascape (872) -> water (125746)
create implication waterscape (325) -> water (125746)
create implication waterscape (325) -> outside (296149)

Reason: Most of the added suggestions look like they would work. I also added a few similar ones for the related waterscape tag while we are here.

I did move seascape to -> water instead, because it isn't always the ocean (or isn't always possible to tell if it's the ocean), vs a lake, abstract pool, etc. And the definition says it's for that mix of water and sky, not specifically just the ocean and sky. So sending it to imply -> water instead seemed like the better fit.
