take this with a grain of salt (because I know there going to be that one guy). but i'm kind of curious what most user and admin thought are on how the overall tagging system should function when creating or maintaining tags

passive in this case mean it tagging the generalitities of the image, and then relying on the "-" system to find posts that don't include them. it also include aliasing and merging tags that is rooted in a single concept ex:dark blue hair, cyan blue hair, dirty blue hair alias to blue hair. it then may make use of other general tags to accomondate those images ex: blue hair + dirt style hair

active are ones that go more in detail and single out certain features, or absent thereof.
