I noticed Scappo links to a publically available (in other words, free) DropBox that has ultra high res versions on a bunch of his FA posts. For example the above post has a 38 MB 4713x6323 version. Are we allowed to upload these?

I ask because the Conditional DNP states:

Scappo - material that isn't from his free sites [weasyl, FA, FN, dA, tumblr] is DNP

These high res versions are free, but DropBox isn't listed specifically. Figured I'd ask first to be safe.

That is a good question. I'll throw him an email and see how he thinks about it.

The emails I see from '15 do mention anything from any of his free sites, but I don't think he had a public dropbox account back then. I'll hopefully have an answer to this sooner than later.

This feels like those discussions on yugioh forums about whenever a card text permits something or not.

You can upload materials what are from his free sites but this one isnt listed althought its still free.
