Topic: Disambiguation page formatting?

Posted under Tag/Wiki Projects and Questions

What is the best format for disambiguation pages, particularly those with multiple characters? I think having a name and brief description of their physical traits (gender, species) as well as possible owner is a good start for characters.

An example from my Tess disambiguation page:

Would this be a good start?

Looks good,
but how about changing the "Common Tess tags:"
TO "character Tess tags:"
or "Tess character tags:"

Wondering which way is best to start a *_(disambiguation) wiki?? :
1) similar to saffron (disambiguation) where i copied a raw list of the existing saffron_* tags, and then added details for two of the tags (as time permitted)(will add details to more tags when i can find the time)
or
2) similar to ellie_(disambiguation) where started the wiki with only one ellie_* tag, and then add tag(s) when I have time

(juggling various things including adding other tags to other *_(disambiguation) wiki pages.)

When it comes to character disambiguations I normally list a few characters with the largest number of usages, and then for the rest I give a link to the tag search page, because that's dynamic and doesn't need anybody to keep updating it. (examples at zac_(disambiguation) or audrey_(disambiguation))
