Feature: The ability to subscribe to pools.

Feature Overview: When subscribed to a pool, the user gets an inbox message every time said pool is updated.

Usefulness: It would allow people to keep up with their favorite comics/pools as they are being developed, especially if the comic does take a while between pages being released. The message would look like this:

Website Affection: The only part of the website that would be affected would be the pool page, adding a nice, easily visible subscribe button.

I would really love pools to be revamped to full potential in general. Pool tags for tagging general themes, if the content of pool has been deleted, if the pool is comic, image series or something else, author, couple posts visible immidiately instead of list, etc.

This would make simply browsing for content extremely much easier and maybe even encourage people to use us instead of piracy sites, because goddamn those piracy sites know how to make user friendly navigation and searching of comics and such.

subscriptions would be nice but even tag subscriptions were taken away not too long ago. You should be able to put search pool:<pool ID> into your favorite RSS feed reader.

I came here after 2017, and that explains it.

I have my own Greasemonkey script for pool subscription, which I already considered to refactor for open distribution on this site a while ago. It's actually quite done, but I didn't post it yet because I'm not quite pleased with it's functionality. The e6 API just doesn't provide enough pool information to give reliable news about pool updates. I could still put it here and check for feedback though.
