Currently, bison and cape_buffalo both imply buffalo, which is overwhelmingly used to describe American_bison on this site. There seem to be three options to ensure accuracy in tagging and clarify usage.

• Allow buffalo to refer to American_bison specifically, removing the implication from cape_buffalo and reversing bison so that it is implied by buffalo instead of the reverse.
• Adjust buffalo to refer to bubalinans, removing the implication from bison and keeping cape_buffalo's.
• Depreciate buffalo entirely and turn it into a disambiguation tag, removing all implications from tags.
