You're not wrong on the relationship, although I question if we even need the Real Housewives tag. Is there anything else on this site that realtes to that show other than the yelling meme?

I don't think the show should be tagged if the scene has been reinterpreted to not include the show itself.

It’s always been my understanding that a redraw or reinterpretation of something can still be tagged as the original. I’m not certain, though. However, I also can’t think of any use case for this particular tag. It doesn’t seem like something that’ll ever be used outside this particular meme.
