I feel confident in saying that that is not the translation.

Juuni is "12"
号 is gou ... is an ordinal marker which, basically, makes it "12th" or "no. 12"

Google tells me that 国道 is kokudou (or national road, if anyone was curious)

So the full transliteration would be "kokudou juunigou" or kokudō juuni-gō ... or kokudō 12-gō ... or kokudou 12-gou

Depending on which system we prefer in regards to o/ou and whatnot.

I see they use "juunigou" on some websites, so, that probably is great :)

The kodudo variants of the names is the ones I was talking about being the I think Translations, I used the off pixiv name as the standard, not the translation.
