Tighty whities are white briefs. Aliasing is also an option since the only major distinction seems to be the colour.

Any chance of giving this one another look? tighty_whities has over 1000 posts now, most of which are also tagged briefs.

I disagree with the suggestion for an alias, since they're a more specific fetish.
