Aliasing karipup → horsefever

Reason:

The artist Horsefever also goes by the name of KariPup on picarto, patreon, and ko-fi. They also "sign" their artwork with the name KariPup. It shouldn't be unreasonable to add this as an alias to the artist tag.

EDIT: The tag alias karipup -> horsefever (forum #277133) has been rejected by @bitWolfy.

I mean, I'd go with what he signs with.

The bulk update request #1568 is active.

create alias horsefever (0) -> karipup (78)

Reason: short version of below: artist has put artist name "KariPup" on art since late 2018 (or early 2019).
(before then put "horsefever" on art).

(going to attempt to suggest alias horsefever -> karipup instead)
