Bug overview description.

The tag cutoffs is populated and currently used, but is treated as if it was aliased away. Posts tagged with cutoffs and the 'Tags' section of the site register cutoffs as having -4 posts, and cutoffs can only be found in the 'Tags' section if 'Show empty tags' is checked. However, cutoffs is not aliased to anything and appears to be tagged on several hundred posts.

What part(s) of the site page(s) are affected?

• The 'Tags' section of the website.
• Any post tagged with cutoffs.

What is the expected behavior?

• Accurate display of the current tag count for cutoffs.
• Ability to search for cutoffs in the 'Tags' section without needing to check the 'Show empty tags' option.

What actual behavior is given instead?

• The tag cutoffs displays a negative tag count.
• The tag cutoffs can only be searched in the 'Tags' section if the 'Show empty tags' option is checked.

Edit: After scrolling down, it looks like cutoffs is actually tagged on several dozen posts instead of several hundred. The 'Trending Tags' looked as if several hundred were tagged.
