Requested feature overview description.
Allow users to edit the titles of pools. It could be restricted to privileged+ if inexperienced editing is a concern.

Why would it be useful?
Titles frequently contain typos, poor capitalization or old names. This feature would allow users to correct these.

What part(s) of the site page(s) are affected?
Pools

This is already allowed for janitor+. Simple prevention of vandalism which would be really hard to notice when 99% of the time title is correct.

You can always report the pool for this reason.

Oh I see, I didn't know we can report for typos.

How about searching pools by tags?
