+1 - here's also a BUR that has the implications suggested in the OP which haven't been created yet. Going to put the wetsuit one separately because I'm not certain about it.

I overlooked that, but wet_clothing and wet_headgear do imply wet so there's a chance the wiki could just be incorrect.
