Aliasing cling → clinging

Reason:

There was no wiki page for either, so both have been used. This differs significantly from hanging_* and suspension tags, as this involves the character's own activity for holding on to. "Clinging" sounds more active form, so that's why it should be chosen of the two as more descriptive.

EDIT: The tag alias cling -> clinging (forum #280508) has been rejected by @NotMeNotYou.
