Aliasing turtle_neck → sweater

Reason:

Turtle necks are usually a type of sweater. All other sweater variants (ie. Green_Sweater, Baggy_Sweater) are aliased to the main sweater tag.

EDIT: The tag alias turtle_neck -> sweater (forum #281645) has been rejected by @Rainbow_Dash.

Aliasing it away is not how this sort of things are dealt with. Turtleneck sweaters are visually distinct and recognizable type of sweater, and the tag is not some overly specific adjective_noun tag, so it has a good reason to have it's own tag. Aliasing it away would make as much sense as aliasing dog to canine. All dogs are canines, but it's still very distinct and recognizable type of canine, and deserves to keep it's own tag.
