I'm trying to upload a new sound edit to a Webm I already uploaded before and it gives me that error.
How do I solve this?

Same issue uploading a video myself, I already uploaded one today, pretty sure the second is encoded the same way. not sure what this issue is....

Fixed for me, turns out that between the thousands values of Adobe Premiere, changing the method to "variable bitrate and maxing out the bitrate to 10000 allowed me to upload it, maybe you are having a similar issue? But yeah, the fact that it tells you "undefined error" doesn't help...

I'm getting this error when I try to upload an image and I have no clue how to get around it help???

I was having the same problem, but it fixed after I uploaded the photo again (Somehow without the site reload)
