Hi there, there is no images popping up even though I selected the I am 18 or older option and I cannot make heads or tails of the issue. I'm not sure if I'm the only one encountering this issue. Hope all is well and good even in these troubling times.

The same is happening for me on desktop so I think it's a image server problem.

We are aware of problems loading images/thumbnails/flash/videos. They are outside of our control and are intermittent regional issues. They appear to be related to the generally very high usage of the internet at large. Some people have reported success with using a VPN that routes traffic through the united states. Your mileage may vary.

With everybody staying at home because of covid-19 most networking hardware has been a bit more strained than usual, which is causing problems and outages globally, not just E6.

More details? Is it like the '404' error, or is it loading the page and then having no posts or images show up? There were/are several reasons that people have not been able to see images. I found that even on same ISP, some computers/browsers show them and not others, without the userscript I posted. There were people with exact same browser on same system failing because of ISP issues. Personally, I've been seeing "404" errors for the entire page for 5-10 minutes. I just come back later. XD

If the problem is that the images don't load and after a while you only get the tags, then this solution might work for you:

E621 works without hitches on my laptop, but when trying to access on my PS Vita I see no thumbnails, (not even the small box that tells how many favorites and such each image has.)
I am logged in and Ive tried disabling the mobile mode thingie, but to no avail.

EDIT/ADD: https://e621.uk.to works on the PS Vita though, but mjeh, I kinda like having many thumbnails side-by-side instead of having to scroll through big pictures.

The website used to work normal but ever since the new UI released, no images load on Vita.

Hi, im sorry to necro this thread, but I'm having that exact issue. its simply displaying a stock file image and a list of image tags where the image should be.
Problem is, that link you posted? Evidently i dont have permission to view it. Whats up with that?

The link might not be working because I think it might be older than the site update maybe.
I sometimes have that issue too where images don't load. Usually it's when I get logged out and have to sign back in, but you're clearly logged in right now. Closing my browser and restarting it almost always works, or sometimes the site just doesn't work and I have to wait a bit.

What are you using? E6 won't work on older systems either from what I can tell.

I'm using Windows 10, completely up to date. This is an issue i've been having for..maybe a month now? I've tried a few solutions and nothing is working. Closing my browser or restarting the PC doesnt work that well either, it'll allow me to view thumbnails on *one* page, but upon clicking an image, the full pic wont load, and going to another page just causes a default file image and the tags displayed.

are you using e621 or e926, e926 won't show questionable or explict images.

E621. didnt even know those other ones existed.
The issue is crossing over here to the forums too, user profile pictures have the same default file image and tags being shown.

Stock answers: have you tested other browsers, incognito mode, clearing the cache, etc.

I've tried with Opera and Microsoft Edge, i cleared the cache once and it fixed the issue for about 5 minutes, then it came back. Incognito mode doesnt do anything.

I wonder if it could be a cloudflare related issue in your area.

Any progress on this problem?

Currently having this issue where I can't see posts or profile pictures. Is there an issue with the site?

Idk, but for me all images were gone too

from what I cna gather from the discord. the static1 server is the cause, its where the images get served from. the IT guy is already on it according to NMNY
