Bug overview description.

An error message appeared on the upload page when attempting direct URL upload from the following page (NSFW):
https://d.facdn.net/art/redrusker/1543344367/1543344367.redrusker_paigeforsyth_-_sharing_is_caring_[low].png

What steps did you take to replicate this bug?

1) Navigate to https://e621.net/uploads/new
2) Enter the given image URL

The original upload is a lossy JPG sourced from Twitter. The reupload is lossless PNG sourced from Fur Affinity. JPG leads to compression artifacts, which both reduce image quality and can lead to generation loss. e621 policy is to replace lower-quality posts with visually superior ones.
