The bulk update request #468 is active.

create alias eldar (0) -> aeldari (79)
create alias dark_eldar (0) -> drukhari (28)
create alias tau (0) -> t'au (0)
create implication aeldari (79) -> warhammer_40000 (1396)
create implication drukhari (28) -> warhammer_40000 (1396)
create implication t'au (0) -> warhammer_40000 (1396)

Reason: The reason why: Games Workshop, the owners of the Warhammer Franchises, are known to be VERY protective of their IP and Trademarks. Since the incident where they lost a legal case to Trademark the term "Space Marine" as their own, they have apparently taken further steps to fully copyright their creations. For instance, they changed the name of their Space Elves, the Eldar, to the Aeldari, because apparently the name Eldar originated from Tolkein's Lord of the Rings (and they likely changed the name to avoid copyright issues with the Tolkein Estate and perhaps Warner Bros)

The three new names listed above are the official new names for the species given by Games Workshop because, well, trademark.

EDIT: Also request for implication for the three species tags to be implicated to the warhammer_40000 copyright tags, since they originate from the setting.
