Reason: antlers and horns are not one and the same. Exhibit A: the other antler/horn tags aren't aliased to each other.

(also antlers currently implies horn, but are they even connected ?)

Oh I agree with you, but I couldn't be bothered to look through old tag discussions if there was a reason that the implication was added in the first place.

Even if antlers are not horns IRL, for tagging purposes there is no harm in implicating them since they can be associated by visual similarity.
