This is just an inquiry I have, but can the art that depicts younger and underage characters get this site even possibly taken down? I personally like the stuff and understand that this stuff is purely fictional and any form of actual pedophilia would be removed from the site, but what about the vast majority that don't understand that the stuff is fictional?

The server is based in a location where cub/loli/otherwise illustrated art is not considered child porn, and therefor, not illegal. So, no.

Just to add to jacob's reply, logged out users can't see that content, so the majority of people likely won't see any rating:q/e young/cub posts.

I find it unlikely that the servers will be moved outside of the US.

The problem could be solved by migrating to some other booru.
