change category credits (643) -> meta
Reason: Both signature and watermark are in the "meta" category. It would follow that artist_name should belong in this category as well.
Credits seems like it should belong in the meta category as well since this tag is typically used to thank patrons and/or contributors, but may also credit the artist themselves.
