I don't know of or see any direct way of doing this so I've been trying to find workarounds. I wanted to be able to save all of my favorite artists in the form of a list on this website where I could just click and it would take me to all of their posts. I know that there are favorites, sets and pools and out of those options, sets would be the most useful. So I made a set and decided to just add one image from each of my favorite artists and new ones that I come across. The flaws with this are that when on the posts search page, the artist tags are not listed underneath the thumbnails and I might start adding duplicates or artists I didn't intend to add. I can see the artist on the post page but with all of the artists I'm searching for, that would take me too long going back and forth from search result pages to post pages. Then if I had to clean out my set, I would have the same issue removing duplicates.

I suppose I could always just keep my list of favorite artists on my computer somewhere but I'm trying to keep everything on this website.

Any help or ideas are appreciated.

The usual way to do this (outside of using userscripts / extensions to subscribe to tags) is to make a list in your "About Me" section.

Ah. I've looked at other users profiles and they have it as a drop down list. I'll see if I can do it like how they did. Thanks for the information.

The DText Guide would probably be helpful here. Specifically, the links section that shows how to link post searches, and sections for collapsible containers.

So, something like this:

[section=My Favorite Artists]
* {{dimwitdog}}
* {{zonkpunch}}
* {{dacad}}
[/section]

Will produce the following:

And if you want a link that shows all art from multiple artists at once (rather than one link per artist), you can use the ~ syntax, like this:

{{~dimwitdog ~zonkpunch ~dacad}}

to get this:
~dimwitdog ~zonkpunch ~dacad
