I'm going to guess (and this is why you put in a reason so we don't have to guess and get it wrong) that madkat_miro is a character of the swat_kats TV show. If so, this is a reasonable implication.

I don't think this is actually true.

I don't see the name "Miro" anywhere on the character list.
There is a Madkat there, which on e621 is tagged as madkat_(swat_kats), but Madkat Miro seems to be an OC belonging to G00da – see ref sheet here.
