Reason: someone made that up basically the same as hybrid.

Looking at the wiki it seems like mimiff is a specific type of hybrid, so an implication would be a better fit. On the other hand, the posts with the tag don't have a consistent rhyme or reason for being tagged mimiff, do I don't know how useful it is to keep.

Fictional hybrid tags are generally aliased away.

According to the wiki, Mimiff are unrelated to hybrids to start with. Instead, they're just life forms of whatever sort that were made by magic... so, it's an invalid tag or lore tag instead.
