My one question would be about situations such as post #1565928

It has the condom_in_mouth tag, but I’m unsure if it really makes sense to be tagged mouth_hold, not saying it doesn’t, just genuinely unsure.

Though given that the wiki page for condom_in_mouth explicitly mentions a character “holding a condom in their mouth”, if that image isn’t a mouth hold, maybe condom_in_mouth shouldn’t be tagged on it either.

That post is a good fit for condom_gagging.
It technically qualifies for condom_in_mouth, since there is a condom, and it's in the character's mouth... but I don't feel like it fits the spirit of the tag.
