The tag seems to list a character named Kindei?

From what I gathered, kindei was the character hiding by the door

Uhhhh, I dunno what to tell you man, but sasha isn't pleasuring any "canines" in that picture...,

That's a fox. You've been bamboozled again you silly furries.

huh, uh, okay, well thanks at least for clarifying on the species. And don’t recall being bamboozled before.

Exactly. Hehe.

Anyway I'm not a all dogs buff or anything, but have seen it a few times. Don't think there are any foxes like that running around. Might just be an unnamed OC aka random generic fox.
At least I'm pretty sure that's a fox, or a hybrid in the least. Dogs don't have that fur patterning.

Edit: oof imma head to sleep. Starting to get my old animations mixed up.

...I meant don’t know why you think the art would deliberately bamboozle anyone. But not important, thank you for your honest thoughts on the main matter.

Foxes are Canidae still, which is the Canine family name. Domestic dogs might be Canidae Caninae Canini Canina Canis Lupus Familiaris (Some of those are so similarly named it feels kind of redundant) but R12 never said dog, just canine.

Darn it! They've even bamboozled the science guys!

I swear those science guys. Changing planet status and pushing bogus food pyramids like they are actual facts.

I hadn't studied biology in a number of years but at the time foxes where "vulpine" and "canids" but apparently it's changed since then. But honestly at this point I swear biologists and other sciencey types are just making this crap up as they go. Lol.

Why do I think that pic bamboozled people? Well I didn't see any Fox tagged at the time. Just dog and domestic dog species. Also it's an old joke,
foxes bamboozle people. It's kinda they thing.... Lighten up.

Okay, well thank you for that, I knew I they had to be of the same species family.

Just curious is all, people say things all the time, that’s all, it’s cool

Technically, both are right. In real world taxonomy, foxes aren't canines, and are indeed vulpines which are canids and not canines proper. However, for e621's tagging purposes, they're tagged as canines for simplicity's sake. So, six of one, half a dozen of the other; it's just splitting hares.

The amount of art on this website pairing Judy Hopps with Nick Wilde and specifically playing up the size-difference angle shows that we have a great interest in splitting hares.
