I'd prefer to keep Diphallism and implicate it and hemipenes to 2_penises. This way, you can find characters with two penises separatele or together through one of three tags. Hemipenes once implicated diphallism, so it used to be used to mean literally the same as 2_penises, but that implication was retired, and diphallism could be used that way.

Bumping this version so that it's easier to find for people who don't want to click through my link. This version carries its own merrit, but as I said above, I prefer implication so that there are separate terms for two connected penises and two separate penises.
