Reason: Tags that contain Unicode characters are currently being replaced because they cause bugs.

For example, the character tag opéra_kranz cannot imply the copyright tag solatorobo because it contains the Unicode character é.

To write after this is approved:

alias opéra_kranz -> opera_kranz
imply elh_melizee -> solatorobo
imply opera_kranz -> solatorobo

Normally Id be against this but if it causes bugs I suppose I support it. Seems a bit drastic however.
