To apply tag_panic to a post, it must have at least 150 or more tags.
Since this tag is metadata, then it should be automatically added if the post has more or equal 150 tags and it should be removed if it does not have 150 tags.

... This is one of the most pointless tags I've seen to date.
I don't really see the purpose in this tag when considering you can just search for tagcount:>=150, as opposed to tagme which can bring attention to insufficiently tagged posts.

It's something I could really easily add to my tagging bot, but as TheGreatWolfgang said, it's kind of a pointless when there's tagcount:>=150.
A similar thing would be my bot adding ratio tags to posts despite there being a ratio:1 tag, but that's because the tag's not accurate, it'll return posts that are a few pixels off, such as 1000x998.
