The bulk update request #1048 is active.
create alias lap_sitting (0) -> sitting_on_lap (6985)
Reason: The tag sitting_on_lap has a wiki page and existing links/implications with other tags, and lap_sitting is functionally equivalent to it - I think it makes sense to alias the latter since the former is more consistently used.
