Topic: Cannot blacklist other user’s favorites? (using fav/-fav:username)

Posted under Tag/Wiki Projects and Questions

I am trying to use the -fav:/fav tag with my blacklist to not see a specific user’s favorites. Is it possible? Listing it (different line, no combinations) still lets me see them. Any way to do this?

It doesn't seem like fav:user works in blacklist. Why do you want to do that? It would be more precise to pick specific tags describing what you don't want to see.

I know it sounds very pointless but I do not to see my other account’s favorites. Still, is there any way I can filter them out besides through the black list?

Other than appending fav:account to every search you make I don't think so

If you moved/added that other account's favorites into a set, you could then blacklist that set instead.
EDIT: Nevermind, that only worked for searching. It doesn't look like there's an option to blacklist a group of posts like that.

It seems that RE621 (topic #25872) supports blacklisting your favorites, if you're OK with installing a userscript.
