I wanted to share this work that was commissioned from inert-ren https://www.furaffinity.net/view/28418364/ but I saw that they were on the avoid posting list. Because the commissioner shared this, would this be conditional DNP?
I'm wondering because there are actually a few other works by inert-ren posted on this website: https://e621.net/posts?tags=inert-ren

Inert-ren is avoid posting, full stop. Unless you have specific permission from the artist to upload that image to e621, you are not allowed to do so.

There are a few reasons for posts with the avoid_posting tag to not be deleted.
Often it's the artist themselves who uploads their images. DNP does not apply then.
Occasionally, the DNP artists give permission to post their work on the site. Note that you should be able to provide actual proof of that.
Sometimes, someone adds a DNP artist to the tags by accident, avoid_posting gets locked in, and nobody fixes it.
