remove alias ear_gauges (0) -> flesh_tunnel (3003)

Reason: Flesh tunnels are very common on the ear, but it can be on several other body parts, like: labia, scrotum, cheek, tongue, and on everything you can imagine. The implication should be vice versa.

As far as I noticed, you can't unalias something and alias it to something else in the same BUR. I assume it's the same for implications. Therefore, I'll add another BUR to this one
Edit: It looks like I can't add the other BUR before it is unimplied. Or I am doing something wrong ^^'

+1 flesh tunnels aren't specifically on an ear. This seems like somebody messed up - ear_gauges is also aliased to flesh_tunnel when it should be aliased to gauged_ear.

I feel like "flesh_tunnel" is kind of a really confusing tag name in general, I'm not sure I'm a huge fan of it. it dosn't help that the wiki page dosn't feel like it's the most well-written.
