Excluding the sign in the background, we don't actually see portals on the fleshlights, just the dick going into one and coming out the other.

Seems like this could use a little more nuance.
Sometimes portals in sci/fantasy are intentionally invisible and thus can't be tagged if you use twys literally. I think as long as the character is obviously interacting with one it can still count as a valid use, similar to how we allow things like unseen_character.
