Reason: Uhh, wait… I just realized something. The incorrect apple tag already has a bunch of implications. Someone should probably approve this BUR before approving the alias to make sure they all get moved over.

I think having it be apple_(fruit) for the food is correct. There is also apple_inc. (for things owned by the company Apple) and apple_logo for Apple's trademark logo. If anything, apple should probably have its implication to fruit removed, and be disambiguated and changed to the Invalid category.

I really don't think the existence of a company should lead to us disambiguating an incredibly common fruit unless it's causing a lot of mistagging.

We already have an abundance of *_(disambiguation) tags, and cleanup of these tend to range from slow to nonexistent. I’m hesitant to add more disambiguation tags unless there’s a clear case of mistagging. In this case, it seems like virtually all the uses of this tag as the fruit are correct. Perhaps it’s just intuitive that the company is going to have a different tag. My concern is that hasty taggers are going to add apple without checking the alias, thinking it’s obviously the correct tag for the fruit, and end up leaving a bunch of apple_(disambiguation)s that maybe someone, someday will get around to correcting.
