The description for barely_contained states it is describing a barely contained penis, but people are using it just generally for any body part barely contained by clothing. I started un-tagging accordingly, but after three pages realized it was a waste of time. I would suggest changing the description of barely_contained to include just any body part generally, and then more specific tags such as barely_contained_penis or barely_contained_breasts can be created which could then implicate barely_contained.

I'd rather get new barely_contained_penis, barely_contained_breasts, and barely_contained_tail tags, and make barely_contained itself into an umbrella tag.

imply barely_contained_penis -> barely_contained
imply barely_contained_breasts -> barely_contained
imply barely_contained_tail -> barely_contained

It's a bad idea to create a duplicate so leave it be in this case, but in the future, you can request your own Bulk Update Request through the Request BUR link up top.
So update will replace all instances of a tag only once at the initial approval, imply will make sure the first tag adds the second tag, and alias (not used in this case but important) will ensure all instances will always be replaced even in the future. You can also use a BUR to unalias and unimply things, or to change a tag's type through category.
