Would it be possible for artists to start drawthreads on e6? That way it'd be easier to source if they're uploaded to e6 and I think it would be fun for the artist involved

That sounds really fun, but I’m not sure how it would work. I guess they could make a thread and thumb the requested images when they’re uploaded

Yea, that could be good!

You could have just bumped the old thread instead of creating a new one - topic #31052.

I feel that it should be fine in theory, but I think it's safe to say that most of us here do not have very high artistic skills (i.e., consider e6's quality standard barrier).
Request threads already come far and few in between, and I rarely do see an artist committed enough to accept requests here.
