Requested feature overview description.
Either leaving the reply button it's current standard color, or changing it to green.
Changing the Report button to the red color the site uses for notification of administrative action.

Why would it be useful?
I believe the implantation of this type of color association would lower the amount of false reports given optical association to course of action.

What part(s) of the site page(s) are affected?
This would affect the comments, blips, and forums reply & report buttons.

Good idea. Just make sure appropriate colors are selected for other themes.

Such as? Maybe yellow for report user given that is for both positive and negative reports?

In addition to recoloring the "report" button, redesigning the reporting page might help as well.
I'll see if I can do something about it later this week. My flag page redesign turned out pretty well.
