idk...why?
Did USA make Digimon Series or did Japan?
Depending on which I'd disagree or agree.

This seems like a preference than a necessary thing...
Something from Japan having to be called by its dub name just seems Odd to me.

Like imagine someone named Ichi being dubbed as Alex or John
Was Chris from Sonic X even his name in Japan...was Japan the makers of Sonic X???

holy helll...

This is an English/US-based site, so characters generally use their English names when possible. It's Ash Ketchum instead of サトシ/Satoshi and The Legend of Zelda instead of ゼルダの伝説/Zelda no Densetsu... even if the show/game/whatever originated in Japan, if there's an official English adaption, the English names are used.

honestly this seems like a pocket monster/anything to do with MONs and collecting.
Since it's for kids, it feels like things just naturally get changed in the Dub.

So it makes sense they'd change sub names to dub
I think that's kinda dumb though but whatever. It doesn't happen often. I think.

I wish a Didimon series would use Renamon again...It's been a while since I watched ANY Digimon.
But it feels even MORE childish now. Like Pokemon...fuck the show, stopped after Black & White, I felt disconnected.

But damn...those pokemon and digimon still coming out FFFFFINE!
