Reason: Currently, the tags oral_knotting and spitroast imply fellatio, but neither of those tags which imply fellatio necessarily involve fellatio. Sometimes, oral_knotting and/or spitroast involve other forms of oral such as irrumatio which is the more forceful cousin of fellatio, and examples of irrumatio with both oral_knotting and spitroast which do not necessarily include fellatio are on this site. What oral_knotting and spitroast necessarily have in common is them both being forms of oral. The tag oral_knotting also has to involve oral_penetration because knotting by definition involves penetration, and that penetration being oral naturally leads to the tag oral_penetration. On the other hand, the tag spitroast might not always imply oral_penetration. An example of a potential spitroast without oral_penetration I found is this post which has the tag spitroast, but one could argue that the spitroast has been broken and does not count as an actual spitroast in the picture. The latter argument is why I suggested to imply the tag spitroast as a form of oral_penetration instead of just oral. Perhaps, some cleanup of the tag spitroast is necessary to imply the tag spitroast as oral_penetration instead of just oral.
