I would not consider e621's wiki stating both artists' gallery URLs to be a reliable proof that they are one and the same.
Those could very well be edited maliciously, or in error.
Unless you mean some other profile page? But neither FA nor DA pages link to each other.
In this case, yes, Ascar Angainor's FA profile links to their Ko-Fi page, which in turn lists the Celeun's DeviantArt URL.
