I've seen many people creating different kinds of art involving a dino called Ziina, originally made by whiteperson.
I assume that Ziina's 3d model is downloadable somewhere, but any links or websites I found so far didn't work for me.
I'm looking for a model outfitted for intercourse, vore and maybe oviposition which I can use with Blender.

Where can I get it?
Can you provide links?
Is it for free?

The model was previously posted. However the author of the model has taken it down and requested that people not use it anymore. They are supposedly planning to release a set of models in the future that will be free for people to use, but they have also pulled down that announcement since it was posted. You should look for a different model.

Have you considered looking for things on a site like smutbase?
