Reason: Just finished setting up the artist page for nanzdraws, all accounts belong(ed) to Nancy Andrews

Before approving I need to manually fix the dawniie tag, which was used as the artist tag until probably someone got confused with dawniie aeonix and changed the category. It was probably one of the artist's characters.

EDIT: The bulk update request #1894 (forum #325388) has been approved by @Rainbow_Dash.

Changed the alias destination to nancy andrews since we apparently already have the tag for it and this way we don't have to mess with the aliases if they decide to change username again.
Will update the artist page in a bit

Three posts remain:
post #398813 and post #336403 is probably just the character belonging to dawniie as you can see in post #357894 (can't find a name other than "dawniie")
post #340945 is unlikely to be a tagging error as the dawniie tag was added by the commissioner themselves, maybe they helped with the art? One of the 2 sources is dead so I can't confirm but I'm inclined to leave it as is.
The rest of the posts are tagged with "dawniie" as the artist, so they'll get aliased and merged to the new tag

Regarding post #398813, post #336403, and post #357894: I agree that they seem to be a character owned by dawniie and will apply the dawniie_(character) tag to them.

Went ahead and also removed "dawniie" as otherwise it'd get aliased to the artist
