Maybe. Is there another tag for ereaders? The only one I could find has 4 posts total.

From what I can see, they're either completely untagged or get tagged as tablet, even though several are recognizable as ereader. In addition, tablet also contains drawing tablets. Another tag that probably should be sorted out at some point.
