Reason: Just a few flipper related things I noticed from the flipper_(disambiguation) posts. Other content still exists under that tag, but I'm not sure where it belongs myself, so there may just be more tags.

Flipper and Ultra are dolphins from a show named Flipper and Lopaka.
Posts under flippers was largely the flat limb with a few swimming_fins that I am currently cleaning out.
Swimming Flippers is just another term for Swimming Fins.

Because some people do use it to mean swimming fins. Better to disambiguate it like the non-plural flipper is.

What's more, I'm finding some webbed feet, webbed hands, and even webbed gloves among the images.

Finished up cleaning out that tag, there's a few that I stuck into set #32951 out of uncertainty, either over if something qualifies over a fin or not being sure why it got tagged in the first place.
