The bulk update request #1958 is active.
create alias animation-meme (0) -> animated_meme (1)
change category animated_meme (1) -> meta
create alias animation_art (0) -> animated (154541)
create alias animated_(small_effect) (0) -> subtle_animation (674)
create implication subtle_animation (674) -> animated (154541)
Reason: This started when I encountered the animation art tag and decided it should be aliased away, but then I encountered the animation-meme tag, noticing that it’s a duplicate of the existing animated meme tag, and also that the existing tag wasn’t in the meta category, which it should be to fall in line with the other animation tags like 2d animation.
I also spotted animated (small effect), which I’m not sure what to do with. It seems to be for otherwise still images with some minor animated element. That seems like it would be a useful thing to tag, but do we already have some other tag for that that this can be aliased to? Or should we move it to meta and set up the proper implications? The name seems weird to me. I feel like there’s a better name for it. subtle animation
Edit: I also removed the only two results for animation-meme because they would have been mistags anyway. The posts were neither memes nor animated; they were simply porn based on an animated meme on YouTube. So… yeah. Dunno if we still need that alias, but, eh, I don’t suppose it could hurt.
